Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment location.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard shipping — $6.95, delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Express shipping — $14.95, delivered in 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order protection

Every order ships with tracking. Orders over $150 may require a signature on delivery. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct — we are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbors, then email us at info@minshoollc.com within 48 hours of the delivery scan. We will open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution. Reports made after this window may not be eligible.
